At SwimLawn, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality lawn care products, garden tools, and landscaping essentials that meet your expectations. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in new condition
• Products must be returned in their original packaging
• All included accessories, manuals, and components must be included
• Products showing signs of use, wear, misuse, modification, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return

For safety and quality reasons, opened or partially used lawn treatment liquids, fertilizers, or chemical-based products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

SwimLawn accepts returns for both:

• Defective products
• Non-defective products

We also accept exchanges for eligible items.

All returns are handled by mail.

Our support team will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid downloadable return shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs

SwimLawn provides free return shipping labels for approved returns.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs if the return does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

Restocking Fees

SwimLawn does not charge restocking fees.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

Eligible exchanges are processed promptly once the returned item is received and approved. Replacement items will be shipped as quickly as possible depending on product availability.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may only be canceled or modified before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process described above.
